The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to store it, or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. after we have completed processing your request). Mandatory legal provisions (e.g. retention periods) remain unaffected.

(6) Newsletter

If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on the website, we require an e-mail address from you as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the specified e-mail address and agree to receive the newsletter. (9) Google reCAPTCHA

We use Google reCAPTCHA (hereinafter reCAPTCHA) on our websites. The provider is Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google").

The purpose of reCAPTCHA is to check whether data entry on our websites (e.g. in a contact form) is made by a human or by an automated program. We use the service called Google Tag Manager from Google. On this website, data is collected and stored for marketing, market research and optimization purposes using the SalesViewer technology of SalesViewer GmbH on the basis of legitimate interests of the website operator pursuant to Art. 6 para.1 lit.f DSGVO.

For this purpose, a javascript-based code is used to collect company-related data and the corresponding usage. The data collected using this technology is encrypted using a non-reversible one-way function (known as hashing). The data is immediately pseudonymized and not used to personally identify the visitor to this website.

(15) Pipedrive web visitors

We use the web visitor function of the CRM system of Pipedrive OÜ (Mustamäe tee 3a, 10615 Tallinn, Estonia; "Pipedrive") to further optimize our website and service offering. The web visitor feature is committed to full compliance with the GDPR. The web visitor tracker collects data via Pipedrive's Amazon Web Services infrastructure. Data is encrypted both in transit and at rest. Pipedrive collects behavioral data from all website visitors, including pages visited, source of visitors, and time spent on the site. The visitor's IP address is collected to identify the company and geographic location. We only have access to visitor data from companies in this process and all users with a private IP address are automatically filtered out. It is not possible to assign IP addresses to individuals. (16) Lead info

We use the lead generation service of Leadinfo B.V., Rotterdam, Netherlands. This recognizes visits by companies to our website based on IP addresses and shows us publicly available information for this purpose, such as company names or addresses. In addition, Leadinfo sets two first-party cookies to evaluate user behavior on our website and processes domains from form entries (e.g., "leadinfo.com") to correlate IP addresses with companies and improve the services. (17) Microsoft Bing Ads

On our pages, we use the conversion tracking of Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052-6399, USA. In this process, Microsoft Bing Ads stores a cookie on your computer if you have reached our website via a Microsoft Bing ad. In this way, Microsoft Bing and we can recognize that someone has clicked on an ad, been redirected to our website and reached a previously determined target page (conversion page). We only learn the total number of users who clicked on a Bing ad and were then redirected to the conversion page. No personal information about the user's identity is disclosed.
